Education is obviously a priority for Paul Mengert and AMG. After all, education is at the core of the AMG (Association Management Group) business model. This should not be surprising; if you look at his own background, education has always been an important part of who he is. He began his undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro, as a Political Science and Communications major, but he then followed that by earning certification as a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).

Paul Mengert then moved on to Harvard Business School, where he graduated in 2005. At various times, Paul has served on the national senior faculty for the Community Associations Institute. In fact, Paul Mengert, AMG founder, created the company as a productive educational resource for homeowners’ association management and staff, to make sure they provide the best and most responsible service possible to the people they serve. Paul Mengert, AMG CEO, purposely located the company in the Greater Greensboro area as a way of supporting the community he grew up in and to which he feels he owes everything.
